Responsibilities
Perform checks of sizing parameters in Freigtech to ensure the correct quantity of QLP x Revenue, opening tickets with the revenue management department for adjustments when necessary.
Prepare and develop new spreadsheets for internal cost vs. revenue controls whenever required.
Monitor weekly follow-up discounts and carry out collections with the units when necessary.
With guidance and support from the immediate supervisor, perform the monthly closing of all costs together with the manager of each branch of the business unit.
Update databases, perform analyses and manage DPO-related activities.
Participate in various periodic area meetings whenever requested by the immediate supervisor.
Support the monthly update of the business unit's RRI meeting template.
Develop new spreadsheets for internal cost vs. revenue controls, as well as improve existing spreadsheets.
Build BI dashboards for control, indicator monitoring and improved visibility.
Perform weekly monitoring of the business unit's Productivity KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
Work in accordance with occupational health and safety standards.
Visit units to support the team and develop customized solutions for each challenge.
Commit to the operational targets defined jointly with the client, DPO/VPO and the Excellence Program.
Demonstrate personal and professional behavior appropriate to the role.
Requirements
