Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure postings and payments comply with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Identify potential errors or inconsistencies and propose process improvements.
- Manage employee records and validate the compliance of data entered into the Accounts Payable system.
- Ensure all entries in the system are accurate and properly authorized in accordance with established processes.
- Monitor and review the payment approval workflow, ensuring all payments are reviewed and authorized before execution.
- Monitor the payment schedule to prevent delays and ensure compliance with established deadlines.
- Be responsible for implementing and continuously improving the expense reimbursement tool, ensuring users use it correctly and that approvals comply with internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in the activities described.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
