About the role

  • Project Manager responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion at Blend Technologies, driving digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.

Responsibilities

  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.

Requirements

  • Have 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking, or consulting industry; experience on collaborating and presenting to top management.
  • Have Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools,
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Are fluent in English.
  • Can build confidence on the teams that will work with.
  • Have relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
