About the role

  • Signature Events Intern supporting planning and project initiatives for IJM's mission-critical gatherings. Involves vendor research, event logistics, and administrative support in the Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities

  • Support a variety of planning and project initiatives.
  • Identifying and researching vendors.
  • Supporting event logistics and operations.
  • Producing creative briefs and products.
  • Merchandise inventory management.
  • Participating in departmental and general IJM administrative support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree must be in progress for DC/Remote Internships and applicants need to have completed at least two years of undergraduate study.
  • Experience in project management or process implementation.
  • Experience in event management, including registration and project management software.
  • Proactive mentality and detail orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
