Optimisation Analyst Intern improving customer experience through data analysis at an award-winning investment platform. Collaborates with teams to enhance user journeys and maximize conversions.
Responsibilities
Analyse user experience data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation. Support with a/b testing and other methods to validate hypotheses and measure performance.
Contribute to the creation and execution of CRO strategies for improving conversion rates across our digital products, including web and mobile platforms.
Work with design and development teams where appropriate to enhance user experience by identifying and addressing pain points in user journeys.
Support with preparing reports for CRO experiments and campaigns, gathering insights and recommendations that can be presented to stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product, UX design, UX research, and engineering, to align optimisation efforts with broader business goals.
Be willing to learn about industry trends and best practices and apply them to drive continuous improvement in the customer experience.
Be willing to learn technical basics about how websites work and how we use digital analytics tools like Google Analytics to analyse user behaviour and report on the work we do.
You will need to dive into using different platforms and software to complete your work and you will need to take a proactive approach to your own learning if you want to get the most out of this experience.
Requirements
To be eligible to work in the UK
To be over 18 years old as of 1st September 2026
To be a 2nd year student in a full-time undergraduate degree with an industry placement year, in a subject relevant to this role
To have achieved a minimum of 104 UCAS points at A-level (grades BCC) or an equivalent (e.g., BTEC DMM) qualification
Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) grades A* to C (new grades 9 to 4)
