Responsibilities
Lead assigned accounts (90% to close) with a detail oriented project management approach to keep cross platform deliverables aligned across iHeartMedia talent components, on-site experiential, audio/video content, promotions, etc.
Responsible for delivering best in class brand Activations for assigned accounts that brings cross platform media campaigns & national event partnerships to life.
Responsible for ensuring approved assets are created and trafficked and ensure we capture meaningful proof of performance for assigned campaigns.
Contribute to regular reporting on campaign wins & learnings for custom deals to drive renewals and new business.
Own tracking of P&L of assigned partnerships and join weekly reviews with manager.
Constant focus on client success through launch and execution.
Contribute to population of comprehensive wrap up report that provides informed internal recaps on performance & learnings for the senior account team.
Accountable for timelines, asset trackers, internal communications, collaborate with Account Director on weekly client status calls, delivery trackers and campaign recap materials.
Requirements
5+ years of Event Activation, Project Management or Client Relationship experience

Media/agency industry experience required
