Responsibilities
Analyze market, competitors, and effort-impact for IDOMED, structuring diagnostics to support strategic decisions and prioritization of initiatives;
Plan and maintain the roadmap for new products, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives, operational capacity, and market opportunities;
Design business plans (BP) for new products, covering value proposition, target audience, financial viability, risks, and success indicators;
Manage contracts for new products, ensuring compliance, deadlines, commercial terms, and alignment with partners and internal teams;
Develop partnership-based business models, defining roles, responsibilities, governance, considerations, and performance criteria;
Monitor the development of new products with units, reviewing forms and requests, advising on adjustments, and ensuring standardization and adherence to guidelines;
Direct and coordinate the launch of new products with Product, Sites, Media, and Advertising teams, ensuring coherence among value proposition, positioning, communication, and commercial execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields;
Specialization courses in the area are desirable;
Solid experience in analysis and development of new businesses and/or new products, preferably in educational environments, services, or B2B/B2C contexts;
Experience in market and competitor analysis, roadmap construction, and economic-financial feasibility studies;
Experience in contract management and relationship with strategic partners;
Previous experience supporting projects with multiple stakeholders and internal departments;
Proficiency with Office 365 tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of public procurement/tenders is desirable.
