About the role

  • Account Director focusing on net new logo customers across Southern Europe. Collaborating with analysts to align end user customers with market intelligence and advisory services.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying prospects, building relationships and positioning IDC’s end user portfolio
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, focusing on acquiring new logo clients in the Enterprise sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to drive sales efforts
  • Maintain an accurate forecast of business on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value prospects across the geographical region

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Strong executive presence
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience in managing the full sales cycle
  • Strong passion for acquiring new logos
  • BA/BS level degree or equivalent
  • Bi-lingual Italian and English
  • Strong presentation, writing, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with good organization and time management skills
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 40% of the time
