Responsibilities
Develop the entire ecosystem for one of ICONIC’s strategic programs, from marketing strategy to geographic expansion planning.
Act as a driver for new business development in partnership with the commercial/sales team, contributing to opportunity generation and gathering strategic insights from clients.
Strategically manage operator bases, aligning their goals with the commercial area and identifying opportunities for product updates, operational expansion and new route options.
Lead the prospecting, structuring and scaling of new local operators and regions for the program, in collaboration with procurement, logistics and engineering teams.
Ensure program governance, overseeing volume and financial results as well as logistics efficiency.
Provide indirect management of the cross-functional team involved in the program.
Manage CAPEX and OPEX related to the program.
Drive continuous updates to the program concept through benchmarking.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration.
Experience in business development and project management.
Ability to work across different areas of the company and lead strategic projects.
