About the role

  • Global Procurement Operations Lead role at ICL supporting KPI's and the overall performance review process. Focused on reporting, operational support, and communication strategies for global procurement teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the global procurement management KPI’s Processes – Define, implement, measure and track.
  • Support the performance review process for procurement teams, helping them stay aligned with objectives.
  • Maintain the reporting and data infrastructure to track the performance of teams and initiatives, providing management tools to support impact-focused goals.
  • Implementing tools to optimizing day to day work procurement processes.
  • Track and monitor opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and working capital optimization and collaborate them with the BU’s.
  • Trainings on Saving tools and BI systems, BI Reports owner, BI Analyst.
  • Create, update, and maintain the portal content on a regular basic.
  • Lead operational activities supporting procurement transactions, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Internal Checks auditor according to annual Global work-plan.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to inform, engage, and align global procurement teams.

Requirements

  • BA in Economics or Industrial Engineering or similar
  • 3-4 years of experience in Finance or operation role
  • Experience with SAP
  • Process Orientation
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills
  • Fluent in English
