Responsibilities

  • Selection and development of suppliers worldwide
  • Negotiation of contracts and quality assurance agreements
  • Management of the entire procurement process from new parts through to series maturity
  • Ensuring the supply of spare parts
  • Coordinating supplier relationships across internal departments
  • Further development of purchasing and supply processes
  • Collaboration in product development
  • Monitoring contract compliance and supporting product phase-out management

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Good computer skills
  • Proficient with common software tools
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Team player with strong negotiation skills
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering or a technical environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently
