Requirements
- 3+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a global or professional services environment
- Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with CRM processes and workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of professional services roles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience sourcing for consulting or energy roles (preferred)
