About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of supply chain and procurement specialists supporting engineering programs
- Act as the primary supply chain partner for R&D, aligning sourcing strategies with development timelines, cost targets, and compliance requirements
- Manage sourcing and procurement across approved and new suppliers, ensuring quality, regulatory, and corporate policy adherence
- Coordinate supply chain activities across multiple concurrent development projects, supporting prototyping and pre-production readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement, including leadership responsibility
- Proven experience managing procurement and supplier development in engineering or R&D environments
- Strong project management capability across multiple parallel development programs
- Experience working in regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or semiconductor
- Certifications such as PMP, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or Six Sigma
- Familiarity with ERP systems and digital sourcing or supplier management tools
