About the role
- Architecte Supply Chain Rafale coordinating industrial flows for Thales in Brest, ensuring optimized planning and performance compliance in complex supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to establishing the optimized series production industrial model (physical flows and information in the ERP) in collaboration with the industrial architect and the PPM
- Prepare, develop and defend inputs for supply reviews during S&OP cycles
- Implement, maintain and improve the supply chain model throughout the production lifecycle to meet IND commitments (quantities, costs, lead times)
- Align activity assumptions with contributors (IND, Domain, Purchasing) during procurement reviews, in line with validated S&OP scenarios
- Seek simplification of flows to optimize manufacturing lead times, beginning in the NPI phase
- Define ambitious yet realistic industrial commitments by presenting the stakes and risks of the flow schemes
- Represent Supply Chain to the Business Line (BL) to incorporate constraints (forecasting, offsets, lead times, etc.) into decisions
- Influence decisions during the prototype phase (with the prototype supply chain team) to prepare for series production
- Ensure correct ERP configuration and optimal operation for assigned products
- Hand over the Supply Chain model to support teams at end of production life
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 10 years' experience in industrial management (multi-site, multi-discipline, complex industrial programs)
- Experience in Supply Chain and in managing industrial teams
- Excellent proficiency in SAP
- Supplier management (procurement, supplier performance)
- Strong rigor, team spirit, good analytical mindset, and dynamism
