About the role
- Apprentice supporting Supply Chain activities including logistics and ERP processes at Thales. Based in Rungis and later at Vélizy-Villacoublay.
Responsibilities
- Enter material requisitions into the ERP, monitor incoming receipts, and report status to projects and engineering
- Manage project logistics flows and inventory from receipt, packaging and delivery to customers, ensuring compliance with each contract's requirements and maintaining control of the flow in the ERP
- Serve as the interface with external logistics providers
- Write and update operating procedures and SAP procedures for all logistics functions
Requirements
- Master's-level engineering degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, transport, and international trade regulations
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and client-relations skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team
- Organized, autonomous, and able to manage priorities
