Responsibilities
- Assist projects in any of our supply chain pillars “Order Management / Demand Planning / Capacity Planning / Materials Management / Supply Management “
- Support supplier communication, including collecting information, scheduling meetings and following up on action items.
- Perform data matching and reconciliation between internal systems, including, but not limited to, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintain document accuracy and organization in shared document databases.
- Help prepare reports and presentations using Excel and/or PowerPoint.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a college degree, preferably related to Supply Chain
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional roles with support
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, adept at working with data
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative
