Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers and prospects to understand their business goals and solution needs, ensuring our offerings align perfectly with their objectives.
Solution Design: Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, lead solution workshops, and conduct in-depth studies that highlight the capabilities of our platform.
Sales Support: Partner closely with our field sales teams, contributing to Go-To-Market strategies and supporting them in closing key deals.
RFP/RFI Management: Take ownership of responding to RFPs/RFIs, showcasing our product’s strengths in a competitive landscape.
Thought Leadership: Represent our company at industry events, contribute to white papers, and participate in analyst briefings, positioning us as leaders in the field.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Management to create impactful solution demos and to relay valuable customer insights for future product enhancements.

Adaptability: A quick learner who thrives under pressure, multitasks effortlessly, and excels in working with geographically distributed teams.
Travel: Ability to travel around 40-70% of the time.
