Responsibilities
Drive the growth of the digital agency and manage a portfolio of clients
Actively contribute to business development and the success of client projects
Have a solid understanding of digital and social ecosystems and digital marketing
Grow the portfolio by converting qualified leads and identifying new opportunities
Retain and expand existing accounts through a tailored, consultative approach
Understand clients' challenges and propose effective, sustainable digital solutions
Build clients' digital ecosystems in collaboration with project teams
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project quality and client satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on digital trends and sector developments
Requirements
Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5)
At least 3 years of proven experience selling digital services
Proficiency in digital fundraising ecosystems: donation platforms, donor CRMs, email marketing tools and marketing automation
Familiarity with open-source CMS and frameworks (WordPress, Drupal, PrestaShop)
Knowledge of digital and social acquisition levers (SEO, SEA, SMA, social ads...)
Dual expertise in brand strategy and ROI
Strong commercial drive with excellent listening, analytical and synthesis skills
Team player who is autonomous and rigorous
Strong and convincing communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and in English
