- Analyze advisors' and internal teams' tools and practices to design realistic test scenarios and develop a functional testing strategy covering all needs, requirements, and IT solutions
- Conduct comprehensive, structured analyses based on data and expert consultations, and recommend optimized business solutions and processes that meet expectations
- Assess the impacts of proposed changes and actively contribute to change management with users and involved teams
- Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and successful implementation of delivered solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance and financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another field relevant to the role
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, administration systems, and business processes
- Known for attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
- Recognized for autonomy and proactivity
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with SAFe/Agile approaches and Lean methodology
- Knowledge of distribution CRMs and solid familiarity with Salesforce
- Fluent in French and advanced proficiency in English
