- Recruit, develop and support succession candidates
- Manage issues related to claims settlement processes

- Provide technical support to experts
- Serve as the reference point for litigated claims
- Approve payments in high-cost and complex claims
- Ensure regulatory compliance of claims settlement processes
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in claims/indemnity
- 5 years of team management experience
- Experience as a field adjuster/field expert (major asset)
- Mobilizing leadership
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of rigor, autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English
