Responsibilities
Work alongside the Program Directors to help manage the leagues.
Communicate with our members and grow brand awareness.
Manage day-to-day communication of the local leagues including email responses.
Perform some marketing responsibilities, coach recruitment, and various customer service duties.
Ensure the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated.
Be available and follow up quickly to set us apart from other leagues.
Visit venues 2 Saturdays per month to interact with our customers in person.
Requirements
Excellent communication & organization skills.
At least one year of experience in Communications and/or Public Relations.
Experience with Google Drive, Word, and Excel.
Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of participants.
Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
Ability to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekends.
Able to work 15-20 hours a week, primarily Mon-Fri in the mornings or early afternoon.
