Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple countries in close cooperation with hiring managers and senior stakeholders (VP and Head level), including direct sourcing and agency management
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Marketing/Content Specialists, Employee Services, and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates, tools, and sourcing channels—both online and offline
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities and represent the company at hiring days, job fairs, and various external events
Provide regular reporting and presentations on recruitment progress and results to stakeholders, while also training, coaching, and supporting hiring managers
Participate in local and global projects related to recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding
Requirements
MA or BA degree preferably in HR field
Fluent in English and Hungarian are mandatory, knowledge of any other foreign language is a plus
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment field (agency or manufacturing company)
Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes on a regional/global level (more countries are involved)
Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
Experience in working together with high level leaders, excellent stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques
Willingness to learn and to improve
Proactive, agile, customer-oriented approach with a good ability to cooperate with different functions
High level of flexibility, out of box thinking
Open minded personality to work as a member of a diverse, multinational team
