About the role

  • Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries for Hydro. Collaborating with various stakeholders and supporting employer branding efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple countries in close cooperation with hiring managers and senior stakeholders (VP and Head level), including direct sourcing and agency management
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Marketing/Content Specialists, Employee Services, and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates, tools, and sourcing channels—both online and offline
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities and represent the company at hiring days, job fairs, and various external events
  • Provide regular reporting and presentations on recruitment progress and results to stakeholders, while also training, coaching, and supporting hiring managers
  • Participate in local and global projects related to recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding

Requirements

  • MA or BA degree preferably in HR field
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian are mandatory, knowledge of any other foreign language is a plus
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment field (agency or manufacturing company)
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes on a regional/global level (more countries are involved)
  • Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
  • Experience in working together with high level leaders, excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques
  • Willingness to learn and to improve
  • Proactive, agile, customer-oriented approach with a good ability to cooperate with different functions
  • High level of flexibility, out of box thinking
  • Open minded personality to work as a member of a diverse, multinational team
