About the role
- Finance Axiom Manager driving strategy for automated regulatory reporting, optimizing financial processes and ensuring compliance. Leading teams to implement and improve Axiom reporting system for financial services.
Responsibilities
- Drive the overall strategy, design, policies, transformation, and standardization of automated Axiom regulatory reporting
- Ensure that the end-to-end process delivers on its goals of transformation and process optimization
- Define, implement, measure and improve the automated Axiom reporting process
- Monitor the execution of a strong production controls framework
- Collaborate with leaders across business lines, operations, corporate areas, and technology
- Manage changes to the business rules
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to create and maintain accurate and complete process documentation
- Accountable for the successful design, implementation and continuous improvement of Regulatory data automation processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of work experience in the financial services industry
- 4+ years’ experience in finance and data/systems support with Axiom SL
- 2+ years Axiom supervisory role
- Operational experience with OFSAA FSDF and working knowledge of broader Finance toolsets such as Oracle EPM
- In depth knowledge and understanding of the mechanics in the regulatory reporting process stream
- Experience with Process Ownership
- Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; data-driven
- Strong Project Management skills
