About the role

  • Business Architect guiding project teams in process transformation for finance goals. Advising Global Process Owners and ensuring project alignment with strategic vision.

Responsibilities

  • Guide project teams in transforming processes to achieve finance transformation goals.
  • Advise Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Workstream Leads, ensuring alignment with the vision and technology decisions made by the Technical Architect.
  • Support complex strategies and solutions, leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud's capabilities effectively.
  • Confirm business and functional requirements, working with governance to approve end-to-end process design.
  • Validate to-be design and provide metrics for measuring success and defining what "done" and "success" look like.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Advocate for organizational change and collaborate with the Technical Architect, Solutions Manager, and Finance Transformation Lead on Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
  • Manage and oversee work of data cleansing and certification, finance master data, finance reporting, and testing and quality assurance team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; Business Architecture, Process Management, or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business architecture, with a focus on large-scale business process transformations, preferably in the financial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven experience in business architecture and finance transformation projects.
  • Strong background in designing, optimizing, and transforming financial business processes.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end process design and governance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and its capabilities.
  • Proven experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex solutions.
  • Ability to advocate for organizational change and drive alignment with strategic goals.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively share information across functional areas.
  • Strong knowledge of financial business processes and the ability to map and transform those processes across systems.
  • Experience working with system integrators and functional workstreams in large scale delivery environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with complex strategies and solutions in the context of ERP Digital Transformation preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
