About the role

  • Senior Connection Strategy Manager at Glassroom, an independent media agency. Responsible for defining and embodying strategic vision for client media campaigns with a focus on insights and measurable goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research, analyze media trends and consumer behavior to identify strong strategic insights.
  • Define overall direction, KPIs, and the creative potential of campaigns.
  • Design holistic, differentiated media strategies that incorporate emerging trends and technologies.
  • Provide project scoping: challenge briefs, clarify business objectives, and propose innovative approaches.
  • Develop and present big ideas, strategies, and budget allocation to clients.
  • Work upstream with internal and external teams to ensure integrated strategies.
  • Coach and support strategic planners to ensure quality execution and alignment with the vision.
  • Evaluate campaign performance through post-mortem studies and media case analyses, and ensure rigorous follow-up on strategic consistency.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4 to 7 years in media strategy and planning, with strong command of national channels (offline and online).
  • Education: University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with planning and analytics tools: Vividata, Comscore, NLogic, Infosys, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEM, programmatic, and paid social media environments.
  • Solid understanding of optimization practices and data management platforms (DMPs).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
  • Bilingual (French, English).
  • Experience in financial services or banking institutions (asset).
