Medicare Field Sales Agent role focusing on educating clients about Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans. Engaging in face-to-face interactions and grassroots marketing to build community relationships.
Responsibilities
Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits—providing a personalized experience that sets Humana apart.
Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market by becoming a valued resource in your community.
Engage with customers in the FIELD through a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions.
Face-to-face visits in prospective members’ homes are a key part of this role.
Requirements
Active Health Insurance License required.
Must reside in Pinellas or West Pasco County.
Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members’ homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work or local events.
Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).
Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License preferred.
Prior experience selling Medicare products.
Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
