  • Building a self-sourced pipeline through prospecting and account engagement
  • Leading the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract
  • Running high-quality discovery to understand prospect challenges and needs
  • Positioning Ideagen’s Healthcare Guardian solutions effectively
  • Managing forecasts and opportunities accurately in CRM

Requirements

  • Proven new-business / hunter-style seller track record
  • Experience selling SaaS, healthcare, or compliance-led solutions
  • Ability to navigate complex or regulated environments
  • Strong discovery and closing skills
  • Disciplined and resilient, target-driven
