About the role

  • Assistant Account Manager handling client service and relationships in the insurance industry. Supporting account management, claims, and underwriting with a strong focus on client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process
  • Assist with marketing clients to carriers
  • Prepare quotes and proposals
  • Quickly respond to policy inquiries (email, phone)
  • Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
  • Assist with coordinating premium financing and the collection of premiums
  • Maintain accurate and organized account files

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (college preferred)
  • 1-2 years of related insurance experience
  • Currently licensed or willing to obtain insurance license within 6 months of hire
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Sincere desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry
