About the role

  • Account Director specializing in transactional insurance solutions at HUB International. Focused on business development and client advisory within the corporate transactions market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development with a targeted prospecting strategy focused on key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a network to generate opportunities
  • Represent HUB at events and networking activities
  • Analyze sale and purchase agreements and transaction structures
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the transactional process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field
  • Valid AMF license for commercial property & casualty insurance
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial insurance
  • Knowledge of the mergers and acquisitions market
  • Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with EPIC software is an asset
