About the role
- Lead the vision and roadmap for multiple SaaS product lines maximizing value for HOAs and property management companies in Brazil. Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams while ensuring product delivery aligns with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, roadmap, and backlog for multiple SaaS product lines.
- Work closely with the Team Leader and Lead Architect to maximize the value delivered to homeowners associations (HOAs), property management companies, and internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain results-focused roadmaps for various products, aligned with business OKRs and market opportunities.
- Quantify ROI, build business cases, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Write high-quality epics and user stories (INVEST) with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize using data-driven methods (RICE, WSJF, etc.), balancing new value, technical debt, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with UX, QA, and engineering to refine, validate, and accept work.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients (internal and external) and the development team — conducting discovery interviews, demos, QBRs, and roadmap presentations.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market plans, pricing, and supporting materials.
- Define success metrics (adoption, NPS, revenue, support tickets) and iterate based on analysis and feedback.
- Lead retrospectives on product practices and advocate for process improvements.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in B2B SaaS, managing multiple concurrent product lines.
- Excellent stakeholder, commercial, and presentation skills — able to persuade executive-level audiences and facilitate complex prioritization discussions in English.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban, story mapping, user story slicing, backlog refinement).
- Technical knowledge is a plus: experience with .NET and React stacks, REST APIs, Azure, CI/CD, test automation, and microservices.
- Data-driven decision making — proficiency in product analysis, A/B testing, and KPI/dashboarding.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma/Miro, and Power BI (or similar).
