About the role
- DCOO responsible for operational vision and business strategy at The Task Force for Global Health. Leading initiatives for organizational efficiency and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide business and operational support to the organization and its programs
- Act as acting COO in the absence of the COO
- Work with the COO to define and implement operational vision and business strategy
- Develop organizational objectives that align with business strategy
- Oversee Duty of Care responsibilities
- Ensure compliance across project/program’s portfolio
- Participate in projects, activities, and initiatives as requested by management
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Master's degree in public health, social sciences, public administration, or a related field
- Ten years of related experience
- Seven years at a management level
- 10 years of program management experience in international public health
- 2-5 years overseeing global safety and security in an NGO setting
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and donor-funded programs
- Strong grant management experience
- Demonstrated success in business development
- Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
