About the role

Responsibilities
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of product and program launches from concept through release
- Define and manage program scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Partner with product management, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure launch readiness
- Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to keep launches on track
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate updates, and maintain program documentation
- Ensure alignment between development teams and business requirements
- Monitor progress, escalate challenges, and drive timely resolutions
- Support post-launch reviews and continuous improvement for future programs
- Standardize and optimize processes, tools, and templates to improve launch efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product launch roles
- Proven success managing cross-functional products or program launches in a large organization
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, including executive reporting and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
