About the role

  • Develop influencer campaign strategies for both paid and earned: from creative concept to influencer selection – all based on data, insights and trends
  • Execute influencer campaigns: influencer outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracting, content review
  • Lead on talent discovery, building and maintaining influencer relationships within various verticals for earned and paid executions.
  • Support global mailer program
  • Build and manage community events
  • Analyze and report the effectiveness of programs and competitive analysis for key stakeholders utilizing social listening tools such as Creator IQ, Tribe, Traackr, etc.
  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining the influencer database to ensure it is up to date
  • Responsible for tracking product orders and sends to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are kept
  • Partner with Social, Paid Media and PR teams to build synergies between our programs
  • Manage the affiliate marketing program in partnership with the Digital and eCommerce teams
  • Demonstrate ability to think both creatively and critically, willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo while demonstrating sound judgement in strategic decision making.
  • Highly adaptable and able to adjust to changing demands and shifting priorities while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Energetic self-starter with excellent writing and communication skills to formulate and articulate value points to internal & external teams
  • Strong attention to detail, highly entrepreneurial, creative, open minded, persistent and highly collaborative, with a passion for and understanding of the influencer/social space and the ability to quickly learn about new technologies and platforms

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years influencer marketing experience with minimum 3 years in Beauty
  • Passionate about the Beauty Industry
  • Strong project management skills – timings, details oriented, flawless execution
  • Must understand Influencer Marketing to its core
  • Must have excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
  • Up to date with social culture and trends
  • Established relationships with influencers and industry players
  • Knowledge of international talent is a plus
  • Proven success in community building
  • Understands best-in-class content storytelling
  • Must have a good understanding of paid media (opportunities and limitations)
  • Data oriented, each activation informs the following ones
  • Must feel comfortable with delivering insights that have real business impact
  • Must be an excellent communicator, natural networker, team player, and highly organized
  • Keeps a balance between personal accountability and delivery through teamwork
  • Has worked in or with a multi-stakeholder environment and knows how to collaborate to get the job done internally or externally.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, work at pace, and offer support across concurrent projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent power point and presentation creation skills
  • Good knowledge of communications technologies, especially, but not limited to, the Microsoft Office 365 suite, with strong SharePoint skills
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.
