Develop influencer campaign strategies for both paid and earned: from creative concept to influencer selection – all based on data, insights and trends
Lead on talent discovery, building and maintaining influencer relationships within various verticals for earned and paid executions.
Support global mailer program
Build and manage community events
Analyze and report the effectiveness of programs and competitive analysis for key stakeholders utilizing social listening tools such as Creator IQ, Tribe, Traackr, etc.
Responsible for tracking and maintaining the influencer database to ensure it is up to date
Responsible for tracking product orders and sends to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are kept
Partner with Social, Paid Media and PR teams to build synergies between our programs
Manage the affiliate marketing program in partnership with the Digital and eCommerce teams
Demonstrate ability to think both creatively and critically, willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo while demonstrating sound judgement in strategic decision making.
Highly adaptable and able to adjust to changing demands and shifting priorities while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
