About the role
- Senior SRE at Hornetsecurity ensuring reliability and performance of critical infrastructure products. Collaborating with product teams to optimize performance and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the reliability, performance and scalability of products
- Serve as the SRE reference for one or more product teams
- Work with product teams to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementations
- Define, monitor and optimize SLIs / SLOs / SLAs
- Analyze incidents (root cause analysis) and lead post-mortems
- Propose and validate architectural changes to support high volumes
- Design the appropriate monitoring strategy and ensure visibility into service health
- Document architectures and maintain up-to-date technical documentation
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Linux administration and infrastructure environments
- Ability to make technical decisions
- Proficiency in French and English
- Knowledge of Linux
- Skills in virtualization, private cloud providers, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Experience with observability tools, ELK / Elastic Stack, backup and business continuity solutions
- Experience in automation: Puppet, Ansible, scripting and automation workflows
