Salesforce Business Architect leading consulting and solution design to bridge business vision and Salesforce capabilities for enterprise-level transformations. Engaging C-level stakeholders across business processes and technology integration in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Operate at the intersection of business consulting, process architecture, and Salesforce solution design.
Lead clients from abstract business vision to structured, implementable requirements.
Shape enterprise-wide process transformations, defining business architectures, and enabling scalable Salesforce programs across multiple clouds.
Conduct structured discovery and stakeholder workshops to define business objectives, pain points, and transformation opportunities.
Translate business intent into capability models, BPMN process architectures, epics, and user stories.
Define future-state operating models and end-to-end process designs aligned to Salesforce best practices.
Own requirements lifecycle management from ideation to backlog refinement, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
Advise on optimal use of Salesforce OOTB capabilities vs. customization.
Partner with Technical Architects and delivery teams to translate requirements into robust, multi-cloud solutions.
Develop capability roadmaps, transformation blueprints, and prioritization frameworks aligned to client strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, driving value-led conversations and continuous improvement.
Mentor Business Analysts and Functional Consultants on business architecture, process modelling, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Business Architect, Functional Lead, or Senior Consultant in Salesforce or digital transformation programs.
Strong client-facing experience, leading workshops, stakeholder alignment, and requirements definition.
Expertise in business process modelling (BPMN) and requirements engineering.
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and design trade-offs (configuration vs. customization).
Experience across core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience; exposure to Commerce/Revenue/Data Cloud is a plus).
Proven delivery of functional artifacts (process maps, capability models, user stories, solution blueprints).
Candidates with one or more of Salesforce consultant certificates (Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, Revenue etc) are preferred.
