About the role

  • Sales Director responsible for securing new enterprise accounts and expanding relationships at Solace. Driving the modern integration strategy for AI workloads with event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with clients
  • Identify new business opportunities to grow with both new and existing clients
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans
  • Be a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Accountable to win new business and establish long-lasting client relationships

Requirements

  • Consultative selling
  • Proven ability to close large, complex deals
  • Track record in selling middleware products
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in the Enterprise IT space
  • Familiarity with MEDIC / MEDDPICC sales process
  • Willingness to travel as much as 30% of their time
