Requirements
Educational background or personal interest in technology, electronics, or security systems such as access control, alarm systems, and CCTV.
Multilingual: Fluent in English, with additional language skills in German, Spanish, Italian, or French preferred.
Demonstrated interest in customer service through academic projects, volunteer work, or part-time roles, with a strong desire to grow professionally in a support-focused environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
Naturally curious and a proactive problem solver, approaching tasks with a methodical and consistent mindset.
Well-organized and capable of managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook; quick to learn new software and systems.
Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
