Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy for developing, diversifying and qualifying the supplier base, continuously seeking new partners, products and sourcing channels that create competitiveness and value for franchisees;
  • Actively engage in strategic negotiation with current and potential suppliers to secure better commercial terms (pricing, payment terms, bonuses, logistics, exclusivities and incentives);
  • Maintain and strengthen institutional relationships with key suppliers, ensuring strategic alignment, predictability and long-term partnerships;
  • Supervise and guide supplier governance processes, including selection criteria, performance evaluation, risk management and compliance;
  • Coordinate and support the execution of commercial campaigns in partnership with suppliers (price promotions, launches, incentives, tastings, sell-in and sell-out);
  • Monitor and analyze supplier and purchasing area performance indicators, converting data into insights for decision-making;
  • Ensure efficient use of departmental resources, promoting cost optimization and margin improvement for the network;
  • Develop, coach and monitor the internal purchasing team, fostering technical growth, autonomy, process organization and cross-functional collaboration;
  • Work integrally with areas such as operations, projects, implementation and consulting, ensuring purchasing decisions are aligned with business strategy and franchisee needs;
  • Propose continuous improvements to processes, tools and policies in the purchasing and supplier area.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in purchasing, supply chain or supplier management, preferably in retail chains, franchising or companies with complex supply chains;
  • Proven track record in strategic negotiation and supplier development;
  • Previous experience leading or supervising teams;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Strong analytical ability and experience with Power BI or similar data analysis tools;
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capability;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with suppliers and internal teams;
  • Highly organized, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously;
  • Collaborative profile, results-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
