- Intensives Kennenlernen des Unternehmens und der Prozesse durch Mitarbeit im täglichen Business und in Projekten
- Förderung durch Mentoring- sowie Trainingsprogramm während der gesamten Laufzeit
Requirements
- Bachelor oder Master im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnliches -Schwerpunkt SCM oder Procurement
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Rahmen von z.B. Praktika oder Berufsausbildung
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten (insbesondere Excel)
- Ausgeprägte unternehmerische und analytische Denkweise gepaart mit Erfolgs- und Lösungsorientierung
- Souveränes und kompetentes Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
