Responsibilities

  • Lead general management and sales development

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in mining, construction, or mining services industries
  • Track record of leading large, multifunctional sales and service organizations
  • Experience developing and managing key customer relationships
  • Demonstrated success in leading cultural and organizational transformation
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic, growth-oriented mindset
  • University degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, or related)
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
