About the role

  • Sales support role managing B2B customer relationships and acquiring new clients for a family-owned wood materials company. Responsibilities include market observation and project management.

Responsibilities

  • You manage a dedicated portfolio of existing B2B customers.
  • You acquire new customers in strategically assigned territories.
  • You monitor the market and competition and independently steer your sales activities.
  • You support sales-promoting actions and marketing initiatives.
  • You independently lead various projects in coordination with management.

Requirements

  • Passion for the skilled trades.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and drive mutual growth.
  • Experience with wood-based materials and building components.
  • Professional experience in field sales and/or sales.
  • Ability to integrate into a collegial small team with flat hierarchies.
  • Residence in the Minden-Lübbecke area or surrounding region.
