About the role

  • Onboarding Journey Marketing Manager enhancing customer experiences for Medibank. Designing strategies and delivering programs for onboarding and customer activation.

Responsibilities

  • Design strategies and deliver programs that guide customers from signup through to activation
  • Map and optimise the onboarding journey across multiple channels
  • Build automated and personalised communications across email, in app, SMS, web and frontline channels
  • Run experiments and use insights to improve activation and reduce early drop off
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to align messaging, flows and customer experience
  • Document frameworks and share best practice across the organisation

Requirements

  • Strong experience in customer or lifecycle marketing
  • Expertise in digital journey automation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A growth mindset and team player with a passion for continuous improvement
