About the role

  • Conflicts Analyst managing review of new business intake requests for Hogan Lovells. Coordinating conflict resolution with various stakeholders and assisting in training staff.

Responsibilities

  • Review new business intake requests and collate results of preliminary conflicts checks
  • Assist with the research of new client matters
  • Assist in coding of engagement letters and documenting actions in conflicts database
  • Assist Attorneys in the identification and resolution of conflicts of interest
  • Assist in securing approvals of new matters from the Ethics Committee
  • Assist Supervisor in training Conflicts Analyst Assistants and Analysts
  • Monitor and track various special interest projects
  • Assist with a wide range of research requests and other projects as assigned
