About the role

  • Global Sales Process Excellence Manager leading sales processes and team collaboration. Driving strategic customer engagement and account management in MCE division with a focus on growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Review current account management practices within MCE and define a key account management framework
  • Work with sales team to implement a tiered account management system
  • Drive account review process with sales team
  • Develop and execute strategic customer engagement initiatives
  • Review go-to-market model and drive new initiatives
  • Complete sales planning part of annual Business Planning process
  • Develop and deploy sales training initiatives and selling tools
  • Collaborate with various process owners to run and develop critical processes

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably an MBA
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in an industrial goods company
  • At least 5 years in a B2B sales role
  • Experience collaborating with diverse function teams and geographic regions
  • Working knowledge of digital tools, preferably GenAI for business processes
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven problem solving.
