Develop and deploy sales training initiatives and selling tools
Collaborate with various process owners to run and develop critical processes
Requirements
University degree, preferably an MBA
Minimum 10 years of work experience in an industrial goods company
At least 5 years in a B2B sales role
Experience collaborating with diverse function teams and geographic regions
Working knowledge of digital tools, preferably GenAI for business processes
Analytical mindset and data-driven problem solving.
