About the role

  • Finance Manager driving financial strategy and reporting for APAC markets. Collaborating with teams to implement ERP systems and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Regional Finance Director to steer financial strategy and ensure consistency across APAC markets.
  • Act as the central liaison between headquarters and local finance teams to consolidate, interpret, and present financial data.
  • Lead financial consolidation and reporting, transforming raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Enhance and streamline existing Excel-based workflows, while supporting the ERP system rollout and integration.
  • Collaborate with IT and Operations to drive process automation and system improvements.
  • Manage regional cost allocations and ensure accuracy across entities.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, business-focused insights and recommendations.
  • Develop standardized regional reporting frameworks to monitor trends, financial health, and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews, highlighting risks, opportunities, and variances.
  • Support financial training and onboarding for local market teams, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee audit coordination across APAC markets, ensuring timely documentation, communication, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; qualified accountant preferred.
  • 8+ years of finance experience in the agency or professional services industry, with regional exposure.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in intercompany accounting and cross-border reconciliation.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems, with exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and workflow automation platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills — including pivot tables, dashboards, and scenario modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness across diverse APAC markets.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for clean data and strategic problem-solving.
