Responsibilities
- Prepare construction cost estimates, from quantity takeoffs through presentation to management.
- Perform quantity takeoffs based on project drawings.
- Build construction budgets using provided project documents and Tenda cost databases.
- Obtain quotes for atypical services without references in similar projects.
- Conduct comparative studies between versions.
- Prepare standard cost presentations to explain the bases used.
- Review costs when necessary.
Requirements
- Completed higher education in Building Technology (Construction Technologist), Civil Engineering, or Architecture and Urbanism.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Ability to read project drawings in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM/Revit (plus).
- Previous experience in the area (plus).
