Lifecycle Management Specialist shaping clients' intralogistics future by offering tailored WMS solutions and IT system integration while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Customer Support & Consulting: You are the primary contact for existing customers on all matters relating to our Warehouse Management (WMS) software solutions and their integration into the customer’s IT and process landscape within our automated intralogistics systems.
Technical Analysis: You understand intralogistics processes and the fundamentals of IT and software landscapes, assess the feasibility and costs of customizations, and work closely with our developers.
Installed Base Management: With the support of our technical specialists, you ensure that our customers’ systems are always up to date from a software and IT perspective.
Quotation Preparation & Costing: You prepare project documentation for new tasks arising from our installed base, calculate quotes, and manage the entire quotation process through to contract award.
Project Coordination: You remain the central point of contact after contract award and ensure successful implementation in collaboration with internal teams.
Travel: You undertake occasional customer visits to build personal relationships and to coordinate the development and expansion of our installed systems with customers.
Requirements
You have completed vocational or university-level training in computer science or IT.
Ideally, you bring sales experience in intralogistics.
You demonstrate a reliable, solution-oriented working style.
Your customer-focused attitude enables you to communicate with customers on equal terms.
You have solid knowledge of IT software and hardware technologies.
You can explain technical content clearly, present convincingly, and proactively address customer needs.
You respond reliably and promptly to inquiries to ensure first-class service and optimal solutions.
You enjoy interdisciplinary tasks and like working in a dynamic team.
You are willing to travel as required to fulfill your responsibilities successfully.
You have excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
