About the role

• Programmierer für Regalbediengeräte und Förderanlagen bei HÖRMANN Intralogistics. Verantwortung für Inbetriebnahme und technische Dokumentation intern und extern.

Responsibilities

• You program our stacker cranes (storage and retrieval machines) and conveyor systems, tailoring them precisely to our customers' requirements.
• You handle the commissioning of our automation solutions — remotely or directly on site at the customer.
• You produce technical documentation that is clear, practical, and usable both internally and externally.
• You support technical preparation and planning to ensure smooth implementation of our solutions.

Requirements

• You hold a degree or a technician qualification in automation engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• You have experience in PLC programming, testing and commissioning, ideally complemented by knowledge of high-bay warehouse systems or conveyor technology (e.g., AS/RS).
• You are goal-oriented, keep an overview even on complex tasks, and find practical solutions.
• You contribute proactively, think analytically and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, are willing to travel, and hold a valid driving license (Class B).
