Responsibilities
- Lead Strategy Deployment and connect breakthrough objectives to daily execution.
- Facilitate KPI (Bowler) development, action plans, and Kaizen roadmaps.
- Advance ITM System maturity across all phases of deployment.
- Champion Lean tools such as 5S, DMS, LSW, VSM, and Kaizen.
- Drive cost‑out, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.
- Guide cross‑functional teams to improve performance and eliminate waste.
- Strengthen daily management and operational routines across the factory.
- Train and coach employees to build Lean capability and organizational maturity.
- Support root‑cause problem solving and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Monitor and report progress using RELEX or similar improvement tracking systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
- 10+ years in Lean operating systems and continuous improvement
- Experience in manufacturing and transactional process improvement
- Demonstrated success implementing major Lean systems (Toyota, Danaher, Honeywell, etc.)
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (Lean Expert, Lean Master, Black Belt) preferred
- Proven track record of delivering breakthrough, measurable results.
