About the role
- Mobility Manager responsible for managing fleet processes and vehicle organization in a healthcare company. Centered on optimizing operations and improving overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and further develop all processes and structures for the fleet department
- Serve as the primary contact for the fleet area and organize, oversee and administer approximately 250 vehicles
- Optimize structures and processes within fleet management, including the digitalization of fleet operations
- Coordinate and monitor all maintenance and repairs of the vehicle fleet, and record and process damages
- Communicate with suppliers, service providers and employees
- Reporting and cost control
- Coordinate, optimize and manage motor vehicle insurance policies
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an automotive management assistant/automotive sales specialist (Automobilkaufmann) or equivalent qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in fleet management
- Customer orientation, advisory skills, an independent and structured working style, and strong organizational ability
- Solid knowledge of dispatching/vehicle scheduling, experience with a fleet management software/program, reliability, flexibility and loyalty
- Very good spoken and written German language skills
